ABOUT US
The RPS Ocean Science & Technology (OST) group has a diverse array of skills and engages in a wide variety of work crossing numerous technical boundaries using numerical modelling and analytical techniques to support: environmental impact assessments, sediment and pollutant transport studies, water quality and coastal process studies, metocean environment characterisation, storm surge forecasting, sea level rise and flood risk assessments, offshore engineering design, port and harbour design, and maritime safety.

With demand growing for OST’s expertise in supporting the global energy transition and climate change adaptation, helping our clients in renewables, offshore energy and water security make decisions using the best information, we are looking for experienced hydrodynamic and/or wave modellers to join our teams in Subiaco (Perth) and Robina (Gold Coast).

    • Study of metocean conditions to inform coastal engineering projects and offshore wind developments.
    • Analysis of measured and modelled data sets to provide critical insights and advice.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of tools for processing and analysis of in-house software inputs and outputs.
  • Contribute to project management and delivery of high-quality technical reports for industry and government clients.
